AVIS Medica is the first private medical facility for outpatient and inpatient medical care in northern Bulgaria.
AVIS Medica Clinic is situated in the heart of Pleven, near the pedestrian zone and the "Pleven Liberation" museum. The clinic occupies a total area of 2,500 square meters, which includes an older section—a cultural heritage building constructed in 1923, covering 700 square meters, and a newly added extension that spans 1,800 square meters. The historical building was renovated and converted into a Diagnostics and Medical Center in 2000, while the modern addition blends seamlessly with the original structure's exterior wall. Both sections are functionally connected, with passageways on each floor. The building also features a panoramic elevator. The design concept aims for the interior to not immediately resemble a healthcare facility. This allows the spirit of the old architecture to be reflected in the building's interior.
On the lower level there’s a large physiotherapy unit and clinical laboratory with a cozy waiting area and accessible restrooms for people with disabilities. The ground floor features a reception area, a spacious lobby, an MRI room, and doctor's offices. The upper floors contain various doctor’s offices of different sizes, tailored to the specific needs of each medical specialty ensuring the best possible care and personalized treatment for every patient.
