Psychological assessments are conducted to check and evaluate the psychological fitness of the individual being assessed. Based on this psychological evaluation, a prognosis of the candidate’s psychological fitness is made, which remains valid for three years from the date of the assessment.
The psychological assessment is required for the following vehicle operators:
Stages of the Assessment
The psychological assessment is conducted in three stages. Before each stage, the psychologist provides detailed instructions and familiarizes the examinees with the procedures.
Part I – Test Phase
1. The candidate completes test forms within a set time limit, assessing perception, attention, vigilance, memory, and thinking.
2. The candidate completes questionnaires that assess self-control, discipline, responsibility, self-esteem, and other related traits.
Part II – Individual Work with Equipment
Reactions are tested using equipment that provides light and sound signals. Before the test begins, the examinee has the opportunity to practice, receiving a set of stimuli from the psychologist.
